The objective of this workshop is to empower participants with compassionate communication tools to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively. - Improved conflict resolution through understanding and application of the core principles of non-violent communications (NVC). NVC is an approach developed by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg to enhanced communication, understanding, and connection based on the principles of nonviolence and humanistic psychology.
- Building emotional resilience to stay calm and centred under pressure and to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Enhance empathy and understanding through a deeper understanding of others' feelings and needs, improving relationships between team members and creating an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.

Eve is an ACLP-certified Adult Educator and Trainer who designs and facilitates experiential learning programmes in areas including emotional resilience, workplace well-being, burnout, career and life transitions, grief and loss, and personal development. She holds academic training in psychotherapy and counselling and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Multi-Channel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) Practitioner.
Drawing from her corporate experience, counselling and coaching background, she creates engaging and psychologically safe learning environments where participants are encouraged to reflect, gain new perspectives and translate learning into meaningful action.
Her facilitation approach integrates evidence-informed concepts, experiential activities, reflective learning and practical tools, making complex emotional and psychological concepts accessible and relevant to adult learners.
